May Bank Holiday, Monday 5th May 2025 - St Lawrence Church, Eastcote, 2025 May Fair

St Lawrence Church, Eastcote, are excited to welcome the community to our May Fair on May Bank Holiday, Monday 5th May 2025 - a fantastic day with everything from Live Music, BBQ, bouncy castle, a whole range of stalls, plants, games, toys, books, delicious cakes, competitions with prizes and much, much more. We have requested a sunny day this year, but even if it does rain, we have it covered! The weather will never stop the fun from happening 😉

 

The fair will take place between 11am & 2:30pm on-site at St Lawrence Church, Eastcote.​​​

The team are especially looking for volunteers to:

  • help plan the fair

  • help with set up

  • help on the day.

 

Volunteering for the fair is really good fun and doesn't require a fixed time commitment!

The following donations are welcomed:

  • Plants and small gardening items to be sold (no blades)

  • Toys, cuddly toys, books, gifts​

  • Raffle prizes

  • Prizes for the silent auction (all businesses donating are publicised)

  • Cakes, and home made goods e.g., Jam (on the day).
