Being on the St Lawrence Church, Eastcote, electoral roll means that you can vote on Church matters, attend the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) and stand for election to the St Lawrence Parochial Church Council (PCC)​.

2025 is a year in which the electoral roll was compiled again from scratch. Therefore, no names were carried over from the 2024 roll. As a result of this, anyone who wanted to be on the 2025 St Lawrence Church, Eastcote, Electoral Roll needed to apply, even if they were on the previous electoral roll.

The 2025 St Lawrence Church, Eastcote, Electoral Roll closed for applications at 6pm on Friday 21/03/2025. Therefore, our electoral roll renewal is now complete, ahead of the 2025 APCM. The list is displayed at the back of our church for a limited time. Please check this for errors. It is no longer possible to make additions. However, amendments can still be made. Please let Lindsay Baxter know of any amendments that need to be made.

 

Our 2025 APCM will take place on Sunday 6th April, straight after the 10am service. Copies of the APCM report will be sent out by email prior to the meeting and accounts made available. If you have not provided us with an email address for this, or need paper copies, sign up sheets will be at the back of our church (along with GDPR consent forms if you are providing us with an email address for the first time).

You can still apply to be included on the St Lawrence Church, Eastcote, electoral roll by downloading and completing a hard copy of the 2025 Application Form for Enrolment on the St Lawrence Church, Eastcote, Electoral Roll. However, your details will not be added until after the 2025 APCM has taken place on Sunday 6th April.
